Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Once processed, orders are handed over to our trusted courier partners

Metro & Tier 1 cities: 2–4 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days

Remote areas: 6–9 business days

Shipping Charges

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that:

Well Balanced is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Shows no tracking movement for more than 72 hours

Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

Please do not accept the delivery, or

Take clear photos/videos of the package and product immediately after delivery

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance or replacement.

Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
You will be notified if this happens, and there will be no additional shipping cost.
